We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Professional to assist the Head of Marketing (APAC) in creating and executing regional initiatives that drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and demand generation to aid business strategy and growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the Head of APAC, Marketing & Communications to plan and implement regional initiatives to drive brand awareness and business growth.
  • Assist in the development and execution of demand generation campaigns and monitor campaign execution and performance to optimize campaign strategies.
  • Analyze competitors, markets, and stakeholders to identify potential marketing and communication opportunities.
  • Co-lead and co-own initiatives that align with the overall Regional Marketing & Communications strategy and objectives.
  • Coordinate and oversee the operational and logístical aspects of key regional events.
  • Maintain and manage regional website.
  • Drive employee engagement and internal communication initiatives including newsletters, trainings and internal events.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to help achieve project objectives.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, mass communications or related fields preferred.
2. 3-7 years of experience in communications, and/or journalism, preferably B2B industries

  • Experience with implementing digital communication and marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent skills in communication, research, copywriting, and project management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Skilled in web management, and experience in event planning and logistics.
  • A creative thinker with eye to experiment and build best in class communications.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and campaigns to meet deadlines.
  • A curious, analytical mind in using data to optimize initiatives.
  • A self organized, independent yet collaborative team-player
