Description

Role & Responsibilities:


  • Engage with customers via chat platforms and respond to their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and company policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the problem, offering appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell products and services to customers when appropriate.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous tone while interacting with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately and comprehensively in the designated systems.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a chatbased or online support role.
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately while maintaining a conversational tone.
  • Empathy and patience to understand and address customer concerns effectively.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think quickly and find appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.

Salary:
₹16, ₹24,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:
