Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via chat platforms and respond to their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and company policies to assist customers effectively.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the problem, offering appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell products and services to customers when appropriate.
- Maintain a professional and courteous tone while interacting with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately and comprehensively in the designated systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a chatbased or online support role.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately while maintaining a conversational tone.
- Empathy and patience to understand and address customer concerns effectively.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think quickly and find appropriate solutions.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
Salary:
₹16, ₹24,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
