JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Maintains expected speeds to keep up with production demands
  • Reports food safety and quality issues to Plant management and Quality Manager
  • Follows all Foodservice, GMP and SQF requirements
  • Flexible working in various production and packing lines throughout production floor as instructed by plant manager or floor supervisor.
  • Loads product into machinery
  • Operates at required production rates
  • Operates auxiliary machines and equipment
  • Operates process within specified processing parameters designed to meet customer specifications.
  • Follows and promotes all good manufacturing practices, including safety and quality
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced and hardworking environment
