About the Role

The TA is responsible for driving both strategic and operationally focused initiatives and services to deliver in line with the business goals.

This is purely Non IT Hiring (BFSI Hiring).

The Lead should have the ability to appreciate and understand business situations and challenges and provide required HR advisory support within the organizational framework.

The TA should also reinforce the culture of learning with a focus on functional up-skilling. By engaging with managers, they should develop their people management capabilities, and improve the effectiveness of the team.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize the knowledge/skills of talent acquisition area, developing and improving recruitment process in the nontechnical domain.
Ensure effective staffing is done within defined timelines and budgets.
Ensure effective stakeholder management and advisory to business stakeholders.
This is purely a Non-IT Hiring (BFSI Hiring).
Experience in Bulk hiring/Volume Hiring is mandatory.

Qualifications
The optimal qualification for success on the job is:

MBA / Postgraduate / Graduate in HR or relevant field (preferable) from a recognized institute.
Extensive experience in handling the endtoend recruitment process.

Role Proficiencies

Ability to Initiate various communication channels for recruitment.
Good communication (both verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Strong Excel and database management skills, and financial and statistical analysis skills.
Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to work as a part of a team and contribute towards team goals.
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
