Presales hiring for domestic voice process.

We are in real estate segment have our call center located at our corporate office in Bangalore and are currently looking to hire Executives presales agents for this process.

Below is the brief JD for the position:

Position:
Pre Sales Team Member

PLACE OF POSTING

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Any Graduate or Under Graduate

WORK EXPERIENCE
0 to 5 years of experience in Pre sales function.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy individual. He/she should have pleasing personality and excellent communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for handling the customers inquiry
Followup with customers.
Client Relationship Management, Handling calls, collecting and updating the database.
Good communication skill.
Handful knowledge in MS Office and other Basics of computer.

Working Days

Six (Including Weekends) One weekly off.
Work Location: Bellandur, Bangalore.
Language fluency required (English Mandatory along with one regional language) Regional languages (Kannada, Hindi,)
