Mandatory skill set:
Photoshop, illustrator, XD, Animate CC/Flash/ Good Web Designer.


Key Responsibilities:
Generate innovative design concepts and layouts for digital advertising campaigns, including social media and website banners.


Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to refine and bring conceptual design ideas to fruition, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Manage end-to-end project workflows, including collaborative brainstorming, creative execution, and final production, following the guidance of the Creative Director.

Develop, monitor, and contribute to comprehensive time schedules to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of design projects.

Create illustrations or preliminary sketches, engaging in discussions with clients or the Creative Director, and incorporating necessary revisions.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and design processes within the digital ecosystem.


Competencies:
Proficient in Photoshop, XD, Adobe Animate/Google Web Designer, with strong compositing technical knowledge.

Demonstrates excellent English comprehension and writing skills; ability to independently analyze and conceptualize visual strategies based on job briefs.

Teamwork:
Embrace and appreciate constructive feedback and diverse opinions while rejecting arrogance and uncooperative behavior. Ownership of mistakes is valued.

Time Discipline:
Acknowledge that creative processes may encounter challenges, communicate proactively, and demonstrate commitment to responsibilities, even during demanding periods.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Digital Advertising, preferably from an Agency background.

Ability to create original design ideas, layouts, social media, and website banners.

Good understanding of brand guidelines.


Salary:
Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
