    Description
    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    1-2 years of experience in product management or a similar role.
    Strong understanding of product fundamentals, including product lifecycle management, user research, and user experience (UX) design principles.
    Experience gathering requirements, creating user stories, and developing product roadmaps.
    Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools like JIRA.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    Responsibilities
    Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, understand user needs, and define product vision.
    Translate requirements into user stories and product roadmaps (PRD) using a user-centric approach.
    Plan and track development lifecycles using project management tools like JIRA.
    Partner with developers to ensure features are built according to specifications and timelines.
    Conduct product analysis, including competitive research and user behavior analysis, to identify areas for improvement.
    Manage product launches, including creating launch plans, communication strategies, and user training materials.
    Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote internal adoption of new tools.
    Bonus points
    Experience in the infrastructure industry.
    Experience with internal tools development and management.
    Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT).
    Experience with marketing and user adoption strategies for internal tools.
    Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
