    Description
    PositionOverview:As a Fresher Traderyou will be responsible for learning and executing tradingstrategies across various financial markets including stocks bondscommodities currencies and derivatives. This entrylevel positionoffers a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in thedynamic field of trading under the guidance of experiencedprofessionals. You will analyze market trends develop tradingstrategies and execute trades to maximize profitability whileadhering to risk managementprotocols.KeyResponsibilities:
    1. MarketAnalysis:
    • Conductresearch and analysis of financial markets to identify tradingopportunities.
    • Monitor economic indicators newsevents and geopolitical developments that may impact marketmovements.
    • Utilize technical analysis tools andcharts to identify trends and patterns for tradingdecisions.
    1. StrategyDevelopment:
    • Collaboratewith senior traders to develop and refine trading strategies basedon market analysis and riskparameters.
    • Participate in backtesting andsimulation exercises to evaluate the performance of tradingstrategies.
    1. TradeExecution:
    • Executetrades across various asset classes through trading platforms ordirectly with brokers.
    • Monitor trade executionand ensure timely entry and exit frompositions.
    • Manage trade orders including limitorders stoploss orders and profittakingorders.
    1. RiskManagement:
    • Implementrisk management protocols to mitigate potential losses and ensurecompliance with risk limits.
    • Monitor portfolioexposure and adjust trading strategies as needed to maintainriskreward balance.
    • Adhere to regulatoryrequirements and internal compliance policies related to tradingactivities.
    1. PerformanceTracking:
    • Keepdetailed records of trading activities including trade rationaleentry/exit points and performancemetrics.
    • Analyze trading performance toidentify strengths weaknesses and areas forimprovement.
    • Prepare reports and presentationsto communicate trading results and insights tostakeholders.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Mathematics Engineering or relatedfields.
    • Strong analytical skills with a passionfor financial markets and trading.
    • Excellentmathematical and quantitativeabilities.
    • Proficiency in Excel financialmodeling and statistical analysis.
    • Effectivecommunication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability tothrive in a fastpaced and competitiveenvironment.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt toevolving marketconditions.
    PreferredQualifications:
    • Relevantinternships or coursework in trading quantitative finance orrelated fields.
    • Familiarity with tradingplatforms and software tools used in the financialindustry.
    • Knowledge of programming languagessuch as Python R or MATLAB for data analysis andautomation.
    • Understanding of risk managementprinciples and tradingpsychology.
