Canvassing new business opportunities by researching market and negotiating offers

Establishing a market research team for the residential vertical promotion and sales

Conducting research on products, markets and competitors

submitting detailed reports of analysis to the senior management

Negotiating for new deals

Leading the channel partner programme with a team of dealers, distributors and value added resellers ensuring accomplishment of overall revenue profit targets in the assigned region

Managing a team of executives and formulation of sales planning setting and achieving the sale targets

Formulating the Sales & Marketing strategies to develop new business and events segments Planning various events for the sales promotion, also conduct product showcasing for corporate sales in MNC companies

Conducting regular meetings to know the status of the targets achieved

Checking the documentation process of the business activities

Analysing and resolving customer issues and get the payments collected accordingly

Liaising with the customers periodically and resolving their issues and thus maintaining long term relationship

Generating lead source through references and enquiries through customers and corporate presentations

Managing marketing efforts and increasing quality lead conversions from all sources

Establish new channels from scratch to running; monitored planning, processing & sales in real estate for residential segments across the markets

Formulate strong relationships with end-customers and potential end-customers

Knowledge of latest market trends, business knowledge and technological advancements

Develop sales plans for sales agents in line with the business unit strategy

Attain maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment in the zone/territory

Mentor, coach and boost performance of the team


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹1,000, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
