Responsibilities:

• Builda safe compliant culture in the Business Architecture & BPM CoEimplementing and utilising the Office Safety Framework and Code ofConduct.
• Managinga diverse team made up of both direct and indirect staff focused onbuilding BPM capability within directed towards processstandardization simplification andoptimization.
• Ensureall HR accountabilities are undertaken for theteam.
• Buildingand supporting BPM subject matter expertise within the Business asa whole but particularly among members of the BPM CoE BusinessArchitecture governance and BPM Community ofPractice
• Preparationand agreement of annual budget and manage the Business ProcessManagement CoE within budget preparing GFO asrequired.
• Planand maintain Business Architecture & BPM Strategy to drive acommon way of managing processes across through BPM methodology andplatform.
• Actas ambassador of the Business Architecture models (EAM and EDM) andfor Business Process Management (BPM) within toinclude:
• Lookingfor appropriate opportunities to promote BPM within the Group inorder to gradually achieve successful implementation of BPM groupwide.
• Respondingto all incoming enquiries about BPM the EAM &EDM
• Prioritizeactivities ofteam
• Managethe EAM and EAM governance processincluding:
• ManageEAM structure and content including working through all changerequests with respective requestor & brokering with otherparties as needed implementing changes agreed through formal EAMreleases.
• Workto mature the Governance model and incorporate appropriate newmembers asappropriate.
• Hostquarterly governance meetings covering wider agenda itemsagreed.
• ManageEAM release every 6 months or as changes requireddictate.
• Managedevelopment and integration of other Business Architectures asagreed including oversight of any governance activities thiscurrently include the Groups process data and emerging Risk &Controlarchitectures.
• Executedesign authority for EAM and EDM liaising with relevant functionalgroups on legal and policy requirements setting and maintaining BPsmethods standards and conventions for BPM ensuring they arescalable and fit for purpose for all business users includinggovernance through Business Process Community of Practice which isrepresentative ofusergroup.
• Setappropriate Quality Assurance standards to ensure integrity ofdatabase.
• Alignwith and support other key initiatives in such as RequirementsSystem of Internal Control Bills of IT & Simplificationagenda.
• Assistgroups in the company to utilize the BPM methodologies & toolsto support their respective agenda working with multiple and variedStrategic Performance Units and Business Units as well as majorProgrammes of Work and other projects with a view to supportingsimplification standardization and continuous improvement in asustainable way for theGroup.
• Supportdevelopment of BPM capability in the Group by provision of BPMconsultancy training and ongoing coaching helping users adopt BPMas a systematic managementapproach.
• Reportactivities/progress to EAM governancemonthly.
• Supportdelivery of BPM and process mining platforms as appropriate helpingto deliver further development as required by thebusiness.
• Keepabreast of Business Architecture & BPM developments and bestpractice BPM methodologies in support of business strategy andpriorities.

KeyChallenges:

• Verychallenging role due to the scale & complexity of Enterpriselandscape planning of architecture needs to take the requirements& anticipated requirements of the whole Group intoconsideration.
• Potentiallyworking with all professions withinorganization.
• Workingwith vendor external partners and relevant institutions whereneeded.
• Engagement& communication with a diverse range of users from processoperators through to GroupLeadership.

EssentialEducation:

• Suitablyqualified professional with degree or similar educationbackground.
