Control Risks, a leading global risk consulting firm, is seeking a highly motivated Finance Executive to join our team.

As a Finance Executive at Control Risks, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's ongoing finance and accounting operations.


Responsibilities:


Accounts Receivable/Project Management:

  • Verify the accurate setup of projects in ERP/CRM systems.
  • Generate invoices for clients promptly, ensuring they are precise, complete, and adhere to GST regulations.
  • Create schedules for monthend reporting.
  • Ensure proper recording of client receipts.

Expense Management:

  • Accurately record employee and miscellaneous expenses, following withholding tax and GST regulations as well as contractual obligations.
  • Prepare payments to vendors, both domestic and international, in compliance with foreign exchange and Income tax laws. This includes fulfilling requirements such as Form 15CA, CB, etc. Uploading the payment details on the bank portal and recording them in the accounting books.

General Ledger:

  • Reconcile bank statements to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare monthly reports and yearend audit schedules as needed.
  • Perform other reconciliations related to the general ledger when required.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in reporting and accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • CA qualification preferred but not necessary
