Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative designs for various marketing materials, including social media posts, website banners, brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and design concepts that align with the brand's guidelines.
- Use Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, and other relevant software to create high-quality designs.
- Edit and manipulate images to enhance visual appeal and maintain consistency across different platforms.
- Assist in video editing tasks using tools like Canva, VN, or Filmora to create basic videos for social media or marketing purposes.
- Ensure that all design projects are completed within established deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, including emerging software and techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas for new campaigns and initiatives.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of designs.
- Maintain an organized file management system to easily retrieve and share design assets.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Corel Draw.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Knowledge of basic video editing tools like Canva, VN, or Filmora.
- Excellent creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, techniques, and best practices.
- A degree or diploma in graphic design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary:
From ₹10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mansa, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
Experience:
- Graphic design: 1 year (preferred)
- Video editing: 1 year (preferred)
