One will work closely with the public welfare segment leaders and technology architects globally as single point of contact (SPOC) in developing and successfully deploy public welfare and social programs for citizen focused offerings globally.

This will include managing strategic projects efficiently and on time in a global and matrix-managed environment.

  • Digital Government Programs Architect
  • Experience in implementing E-Governance, Citizen Services Delivery, Unemployment Insurance, Grants, Registry, Social Program Management.
  • Worked in one or more geography such as US, Europe, Other country Federal, State and Local government
  • Single/Multi Channel Digital platform for Citizens.
  • Digital Mindset, Design Thinking, Consulting, User Experience design
  • Share best practices through forums such as blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public speaking events.

Primary Skills:

years of experience in the design and implementation of complex IT systems in the public welfare and social program management segment of public sector

  • Experience working with customers and stakeholders and driving conversation towards innovative public welfare solutions
  • Digital Government Programs Architect
  • Experience in implementing E-Governance, Citizen Services Delivery, Unemployment Insurance, Grants, Registry, Social Program Management.
  • Worked in one or more geography such as US, Europe, Other country Federal, State and Local government
  • Single/multiChannel Digital platform for Citizens.
  • Digital Mindset, Design Thinking, Consulting, User Experience design
  • Working experience in using Citizen Services software tools from Newgen, IBM etc
  • Working experience in Business Process Management, Case Management and Process Automation.

Secondary Skills:


  • An advanced degree in computer science, MIS, engineering or related discipline
  • You may not come from the social care sector, but you will bring the skills and experience to enable us to transform digital use in social care, through impact led and evidencebased ways of working.
  • You will enable Skills for Care to share best practice, support organisations across the sector to adopt new technologies, and support everyone working in social care to embrace the opportunities which technology has to offer.
  • You are required to play critical role in shaping the future adoption of technology across child/adult/senior citizen social care
  • Have worked on Income Support for eligible citizens, Child Welfare, Provider & Outcome Management, Appeals & Resolutions, Income support for Medical Assistance, Unemployment insurance and financial support, Case and Evidence management.
