Description
We are hiring for Tender & Operation Executive

  • Follow up for pending Acknowledgements.
  • To ensure documentation submission of all offline / online tenders before deadline according to the predefined checklist
  • Maintain files of all tenders (with all submitted documents)
  • Internal coordination for the tenders documents
  • Analyze Track tender results EMD / BG Refunds
  • Preparing the proposals (Technical Commercial)
  • Preparing filling E-Tenders
  • Bid Making
  • Making reports such as EMD submissions
  • Correspondence for EMD refunds etc.
  • E Procurment and Gem Portal.
Documentation, routine office work.

work from office - duty time 9.30am to 6pm


Salary:
₹15, ₹28,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
