Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and build a pipeline of potential customers.

Present and promote the real estate firm's products and services to potential clients over the phone.

Develop a deep understanding of the real estate market, including property types, locations, pricing, and industry trends.

Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their needs, budget, and preferences.

Provide accurate and up-to-date information about available properties, investment opportunities, and real estate market conditions.


Engage in consultative selling by actively listening to clients, addressing their concerns, and offering tailored solutions that align with their requirements.

Follow up with leads and maintain regular contact to nurture relationships and convert them into clients.


Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.


Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.

Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitors' activities to effectively position the company's offerings.


Requirements:

Proven work experience as a tele sales representative or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential clients and build rapport.

Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Familiarity with real estate terminology, property types, and market dynamics is preferred.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related tools.

Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle objections professionally.

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
