    Job Summary:
    Thrillophilia is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the travel and experiences market, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation and Conversion:
    • Identify potential clients and generate new leads through various channels (online platforms, cold calls, emails, social media, etc.).
    • Convert leads into customers by effectively communicating the value of Thrillophilia's offerings.
    • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
    • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
    • Product Knowledge and Promotion:
    • Stay updated on the latest products, services, and promotions offered by Thrillophilia.
    • Educate clients about new and existing products, highlighting features and benefits.
    • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses.
    • Use data to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
    • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
    • Passion for travel and experiences.
