Executive Administrator - Chennai, India - Jesus Calls
Description
Manage and maintain the Jesus Calls facilities, including office supplies, equipment, and infrastructure.- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical, ensuring proper organization and confidentiality.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and conferences, including venue booking, travel arrangements, catering, and audiovisual setup.
- Assist in monitoring and managing the budget, including tracking expenses, preparing financial reports, and ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Process and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and reimbursement claims, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
