Qualification - B.sc Nursing

Experience- 7 to 12 Years With MNC Registration Certificate & Renewal Require

1) To take daily rounds

2) To make duty roaster

3) To sanction leaves of nursing staffs

4) To sanction OT of nursing staffs

5) Daily reporting to CMD and Operations

6) To follow ONP's Rules and regulations

Daily rounds responsibilities
1) To take daily round of IPD patients

2) To check pt sponging status

3) To check linen status

4) To check IPD files a) nursing progress sheet, b)GOB signed by consultant/duty drs and duty sisters with sign and ID c)Nursing vital charts d) Input and output charts e) Nursing over book f)Nursing dress code g) to check baby bath with feeding h) Training sessionsdaily pt care/day to day activities(monthly sessions submitted to Operations)

5) To check registers-admission and discharge/Inventory/crash cart/expiry medicine-3 months policy/consents

6) To groom nursing (behavior with seniors and others/dress code/how to greet pt?)

7) To check diet charts

8) To check pt to pt nursing rounds

9) To train PCA for pt care with day and night availability of staff

10) To train HK for cleaning with day availability of staff

11) To communicate with Canteen and dietician

Pay:
₹17, ₹111,489.95 per month
