ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries via inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Investigate customer complaints and work towards resolving customer issues effectively
- Provide accurate and uptodate information about Trainline services to customers
- Document customer interactions, including complaints, feedback, and resolutions
- Assist customers with ticket purchases and other transactions
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service and suggest innovative solutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns
- Adhere to customer service policies and procedures to deliver consistent and highquality service

REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 02 years of international customer service (BPO) experience
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome
- Ability to adapt to rotational shifts and work from the office
SKILLS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
