ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond to customer inquiries via inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
Investigate customer complaints and work towards resolving customer issues effectively
Provide accurate and uptodate information about Trainline services to customers
Document customer interactions, including complaints, feedback, and resolutions
Assist customers with ticket purchases and other transactions

Update customer accounts and maintain accurate customer records.

Identify opportunities to improve customer service and suggest innovative solutions
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns
Adhere to customer service policies and procedures to deliver consistent and highquality service
