Role **Executive

  • Sales**
    Role objective
The Executive

  • Sales is responsible for carrying out BD and sales activities across assigned areas and channels and categories as per the defined sales strategy and SOPs. This role will focus on meeting defined revenue targets set by management through guidance from senior team members/leveraging information in client databases to identify optimal crosssell/upsell/new client opportunities for quality lead generation and ensuring high lead conversion for all clients pitched to. Additionally, this role will focus on ensuring a high client NPS and customer retention by resolving all client queries on time and ensure ongoing customer relationship management.

Role responsibilities

Responsibility area Key tasks & activities

  • Developing, maintaining & improving relationships with normal, strategic and key accounts to maintain client loyalty
Client Metrics Maintain high client NPS across all customers by focusing on their needs and aspirations, catering to their requests in a timely manner and resolving customer complaints on time

  • Ensure that revenue targets are met
  • Reduce the cost per sale by monitoring the costs incurred to make the sale
  • Ensure that cost of converting the leads is reduced on a YOY basis by focusing on reducing the number of iterations required on converting the
Financial metrics leads and thus reducing the cost of business development

  • Ensure collections are closed within the defined collection cycle
  • Ensure payments corresponding to the sales booked have been collected on time by regular followups with customers
  • Ensure normal sales accounts are converted to large sales accounts and strategic accounts o Execute cross sell initiatives and opportunities with existing clients to increase the number of product categories per client
Sales channels and o Execute upselling initiatives and opportunities with existing clients to processes increase the number of products within product categories

  • Ensure proper knowledge of products and knowhow to present to the client to ensure that maximum leads are converted in minimum number of iterations
Learning and growth Attend all the trainings organised for the sales force to enhance sales skills metrics through behavioural and product trainings


Salary:
₹55, ₹60,000.00 per month
