Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development:
Create innovative retail interior design concepts that align with our brand identity, products, and target market. Utilize space effectively to craft engaging and immersive shopping environments.


Consumer Experience Focus:
Implement design strategies that enhance the end-user experience, encouraging customer engagement, satisfaction, and repeat visits. Ensure that the store design supports a seamless and enjoyable shopping journey.


Collaboration and Brief Structuring:
Work closely with the marketing and design teams to develop and refine the retail brief. Ensure that all design elements support the overall business objectives and marketing goals.


Brand Promotion:
Utilize design elements to effectively communicate the brand's values and unique selling propositions. Ensure that the store environment serves as a powerful tool for brand promotion and product showcasing.


Project Implementation:
Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, including material selection, vendor management, and coordination with contractors. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Trend Analysis:
Stay abreast of the latest trends in retail design, materials, and technologies. Incorporate innovative design solutions and materials that set our stores apart in the competitive retail landscape.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • Proven experience in retail interior design, with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in creating compelling retail spaces
  • Strong understanding of brand identity development and consumer psychology
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Creative problemsolving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
