    The Cloud Security Lead is responsible for leading the development of information security architecture and ensuring technology initiatives are implemented within the framework to make our interna and client's cloud environments more secure.

    Responsibilities:

    • Working with business and technical team members to assist with requirement definitions, solution design and technical architecture and delivery
    • Work closely with customer stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, perform security reviews, design top tier security practices, and deliver strategic, innovative cloud based security offerings
    • Assessment of security architecture, analysis of issues and development of recommendations for their resolution
    • Define information security strategies, including guiding principles and future state vision, ensuring that the strategic objectives are aligned with business goals
    • Assisting clients with transitions to the Cloud from existing on premise environments
    • Leading the Cloud Security Infrastructure Design and Architecture on client engagements

    In your role as an IT Systems Administrator, your responsibilities shall include the following:

    • Administration and maintenance of the processes, activities, tools, and standards involved with operating, administering, managing and maintaining any system including but not limited to telecommunications, computer networks, tools or hardware
    • Maintain the organization's work flow and keeps its lines of communication open
    • Responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and tools especially multi-user computers tools and databases
    • Code/Source code control and implementing processes related to the same (GITHUB)
    • Designing best practices for backups, and whole infrastructure
    • Create new users, Resetting user passwords and assisting employees with issues related to the same in accordance with company policies
    • Lock/unlock user accounts and implement employee exit management processes
    • Monitor security of systems and information
    • Assist and track Gsuite and GCP Reselling and consumption

    Data security and privacy management

    • Develop governance processes with improvements Qtr. over Qtr. to enhance data privacy and security
    • Develop data security policies/white papers as needed
    • Employee Exit and offboarding process management
    • Regular audit and testing of processes, securities and vulnerabilities

    Operational efficiencies with respect to devices, tools, office space and IT activities management with:

    • Promptly onboard and offboard employees as needed
    • Resolve employee issues with respect to the tools, devices and IT activities along with respective vendors with an employee satisfaction rating of 4.5 out of 5
    • Tools, devices and IT activities cost management including cost reduction efforts and suggesting alternatives to build efficiencies

    Certifications:

    • Complete and pass Google Cloud Secruity certifications from time to time
    • Impart learnings and trainings to employees as needed on new tools and enhancements to tools, systems used by employees

    Required Experience:

    • Overall 7+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure management experience.
    • 3+ years of cloud infrastructure and security experience
    • Experience in Cloud - Azure, GCP ow AWS
    • Created and maintained security policies and procedures, managing the protection of information systems and assets
    • Demonstrated capability to design, deploy and operationalize secure and highly scalable enterprise systems on public clouds (Ideally GCP or Azure)
    • Experience with secure software development, data protection, cryptography, key management, identity and access management (IAM), network security (VPNs) within cloud environments
    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree
    • Cloud platforms, , Angular, Database design, Automation, deployment, CI/CD pipeline
    • Certifications on cloud e.g GCP, Azure or AWS
    • Technical knowledge of infrastructure components such as Network, Storage, Linux/Windows, Application knowledge of Java, .Net, and IT security
