This Role Will Drive The Search By

  • Build effective sourcing, attraction and assessment, with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of opportunity
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to the recruitment of talent that will contribute to the longrange growth of the company, implementing any new processes and finetuning current processes for recruiting that fits within Thriam's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
  • Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques and leveraging of internal sources of talent
  • Participate in onsite interviews and debriefs
  • Providing strategic guidance and advice in a true partnership with executive leadership
  • Managing the LinkedIn profile of the company HR and networking with right talents to fill the positions.
  • Participate in online presence creation influencing your flexible engagement style to be vital part of the growth & success of the company.
