Responsibilities
Sales Executive - Wellness Products
Key Responsibilities:
- To fulfill and achieve distribution and sales objectives for key brands in the ontrade channel
- To ensure full compliance with sales, price management, promotion and merchandising
- To ensure distribution objectives for specific SKUs are achieved as per the sales plan
- Focus on driving sales in grocery stores, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc.
- To ensure a high standard of presence and merchandising for key products in the trade
- To ensure target price levels for both trade and consumers are implemented
- Identify target outlets, negotiate and implement promotional activities at the highest
- Feedback and evaluation of results for sales and marketing management's review control
- To recommend the appropriate level of credit and duration to trade accounts as per
- To ensure collection through proactive evaluation and management of receivables in order
- Trade Relationships
- Develop and maintain amicable winwin relationships with key customers
- Manage and improve the performance of assigned trade accounts
- Sales Management
To achieve the following core KPIs:
- Sales target volume
- Provide timely and accurate information for the updating of sales tracker or CRM
- Evaluate outlet date, call targets and trade information on a regular basis to drive
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and above
- 6 months to 3 years of sales experience in multinational FMCG companies, hospitality
- Experience in WELLNESS and FMCG would be preferred
- Fluent in Kannada, English, Hindi and other regional language preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality
- Possess an analytical and logical thinking process
- Disciplined approach to the management of people and work
- Computer skills
- MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure to deliver targets within tight deadlines
- Creative problem solving
- Strong team player
Salary:
₹9, ₹35,639.65 per month
