Role - Inside sales Executive

Job Location - Noida ( WFO)

Experience -1+ years

Preferred - Female + Good Communication Skills + IT Sales (ERP or CRM ) Experience.

Responsibilities:


  • Assess current trends and brand awareness
  • Cold calling to identify new prospective leads.
  • Attend inbound Sales enquiries & do proper sales calls.
  • Quotation mailing & follow up.
  • Handling Existing Customer orders/ Coordination on phone/ Message.
  • Customer Service.
  • Mail & Letter drafting in English.
  • Following up on leads and identifying potential prospects.
  • Building and cultivating prospect relationships with clients.
  • Provide information regarding products, services and prices and answer.
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
  • Proven experience as Sales and marketing executive or similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
  • Developing and improving marketing plans unique to different products and services
  • Continuous followup to ensure sales closure.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
  • Preparing daily sales reports and dashboards
  • Help organize and implement market research to produce relevant marketing information
  • Network with partner organizations, and other professionals.
  • Help produce reports, company brochures and related marketing materials and literature
  • Assist in Sales and marketing activities, take metrics and write performance reports
  • Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure that tasks are completed and programmes are delivered on time
  • Previous working experience working as a Sales and Marketing Executive
  • A proven track record of implementing successful sales & marketing strategies
  • Outstanding communication, presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
  • Highlevel communication and networking skills
  • Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month


Day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Shift:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Noida,

Uttar Pradesh:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • IT Sales: 1 year (preferred)
