Description

• Support recruiters in the preparation of job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitmentrelated materials.
• Participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment activities, to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
• Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed to support in recruitment.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Prior experience in HR or recruitment is a plus but not required.
