Responsibilities:

Machine Loading/Unloading:

Supervise the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished components onto/from CNC and VMC machines, ensuring proper setup and alignment.

Machine Placements:
Strategically plan and allocate machine placements within the warehouse or plant to optimize workflow and space utilization.

Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials, finished goods, and machine components. Regularly update inventory systems and collaborate with inventory control teams.

Options and Accessories Assembly:
Oversee the assembly of machine options, accessories, and auxiliary equipment as required by customer orders or production specifications.

Retro Fitment and Modification:

Coordinate and execute retrofitting and modification projects for CNC and VMC machines, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and quality requirements.

Supervision of Shop-Floor Workers:

Lead and supervise shop-floor workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure proper machine operation, adherence to safety protocols, and efficient work practices.

Quality Control:

Monitor machining processes to ensure quality standards are met, and perform routine checks to identify and address any deviations or issues.

Resource Allocation:
Allocate resources, including manpower and tools, to different tasks based on production schedules and priorities.

Workflow Optimization:
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the shop-floor operations and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and throughput.

Maintenance Coordination:
Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities, minimizing downtime and disruptions.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of machine operations, maintenance activities, inventory transactions, and modifications for future reference and reporting.

Communication:

Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and management, to ensure alignment on production goals and priorities.

Salary:
From ₹30,000.00 per month
