At Balaji Dental Centre, as a Front Desk Executive at our thriving dental practice, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, playing a pivotal role in creating a positive and welcoming experience.

Your exceptional customer service skills, organizational prowess, and friendly demeanor will contribute to the smooth operations of our practice.


Responsibilities:


Patient Reception:

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly and ensure a friendly and professional front desk experience.
  • Assist with patient checkins, registrations, and provide necessary forms and paperwork.

Appointment Scheduling:

  • Efficiently manage appointment scheduling and coordination, ensuring optimal utilization of dentist's time.
  • Handle appointment confirmations and reminders to reduce noshows.

Patient Communication:

  • Respond to patient inquiries, both in person and over the phone, providing accurate information about our services, procedures, and appointments.
  • Address patient questions regarding insurance coverage, payment options, and treatment plans.

Administrative Support:

  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining patient records, and organizing paperwork.
  • Assist with billing, insurance claims, and coordinating payments.

Maintaining Reception Area:

  • Keep the reception area tidy and wellorganized to create a positive first impression.
  • Ensure magazines, brochures, and relevant information are readily available for patients.

Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists to ensure a smooth patient flow and effective communication.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment that focuses on patient care and satisfaction.

Patient Care and Comfort:

  • Provide support to patients by addressing their needs, ensuring they are comfortable while waiting, and offering assistance when required.

Adherence to Protocols:

  • Follow established protocols for patient privacy, health, and safety (HIPAA compliance).
  • Maintain infection control procedures and contribute to a clean and hygienic environment.

Office Organization and Supplies:

  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment that promotes efficiency and professionalism.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and inventory control.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree or certification in relevant fields is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service, reception, or a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and office equipment.
  • Empathy, patience, and a customercentric approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is advantageous.
