Description

Role Description:

Ensure network security and connectivity (IPS, IDS, AV)
Provide direct and virtual IT support to a team of 70 members
Upgrade, install and configure new hardware and software
Create user accounts and manage access control
Coordinate with our IT vendors to resolve specific hardware or software issues
Manage the company's IT assets and maintain the records
Technical helpdesk support, handling internal queries
Resolve problems reported by enduser
Good knowledge of troubleshooting

Mandatory Skills:

Bachelors in CS, IT, Information Systems or similar

Excellent communication skills
:

Minimum 2 Years of experience in a similar role
Great at organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking
Knowledge of Google Workspace / Gsuite
Ability to set up and configure Network Architecture and provide the best solutions as per Industry standards
Knowledge in Microsoft excel, with basic formulas
