Introduction:


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments.
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of the reception area.

Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using office equipment, such as phone systems and computers.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).

FULL TIME

  • English, Hindi and Marathi**
    Salary: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to Relocate:

  • Nashik, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
