Introduction:
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of the reception area.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using office equipment, such as phone systems and computers.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
