Description

1. Understanding of English grammar - Subject Verb Agreement rules, Tenses and Transliterations.

Different feedback mechanisms, particularly the GROW model.
Training Needs Identification and Analysis, Root Cause Analysis and Quartile Management.
Sounds in English - Vowel sounds (Monophthongs and Diphthongs), Consonant sounds (Fricatives, Affricates, Plosives, Nasal).
Manner of articulation and Place of articulation of English sounds.
At least 45 years of relevant experience as a preprocess trainer, having conducted New Hire trainings on grammar and voice & accent.
Must have strong knowledge of customer service, culture sensitization, first contact resolution, interpersonal skills, etc.
No observable errors in grammar and pronunciations.
Strong knowledge of English sounds (20 vowel and 24 consonant sounds), ways to correct sound corruptions, knowledge of major sound corruptions in people from different regions.
