Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with specialized expertise in the banking / Capital Market domain to join our dynamic team.

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative, scalable, and robust solutions that address the unique challenges and requirements of the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Architectural Design and Planning: Lead the design and development of end-to-end solutions for Capital Markets, Regulatory compliance, and other related areas.
Solution Development and Implementation:
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
Leadership and Mentoring:

Required Skills :

Proven track record of designing and implementing complex, enterprise-scale solutions in the banking domain, including Capital Markets, Regulatory Reporting and digital banking.
Strong proficiency in Java programming (Java 8+) language and related frame-works. Java, REST & SOAP Web services.
Expertise in Sprint Boot, Microservice Architecture, Spring Batch and other Spring core modules.
Working experience in Microservices related tools such as API Gateway, ELK stack.
In-depth understanding of microservices architecture principles, patterns, and best practices.
Good experience in Kafka - streaming Processing, Security & Message Handling.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD Tools (Knowledge in Azure DevOps would be good)
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies using OpenShift 4 and familiar with all the deployment configuration and monitoring techniques of OpenShift.
Familiarity with one of the cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
In depth experience in PostgreSQL or similar databases.
Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF Certified, AWS/Azure/GCP Certified Solutions Architect, etc.) preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance technical feasibility, business requirements, and architectural principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
