Responsibilities:


  • Prepare detailed technical construction drawings, calculations, specifications for Mechanical systems to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards, codes and customer requirements using computerassisted engineering or design software/ tools.
  • Operate computerassisted engineering or design software or equipment to perform engineering tasks.
  • Confer with engineers, customers, or others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects or products.
  • Direct or coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, or testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements.
  • Design, implement, maintain, or improve plumbing instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products, or systems (HVAC) for commercial, industrial, or domestic (multifamily) purposes.
  • Prepare specifications for purchases of materials or equipment.
  • Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing, construction, or installation standards or specifications.
  • Commonly used modeling software for ASHRAE includes but is not limited to the following: DOE2 based modeling programs (eQuest, EnergyPro, VisualDOE), HAP, TRACE, VisualDOE, EnergyPro, EnergyGauge, and EnergyPlus.

Requirements:


  • Experience 4+ Years of experience
  • Must know Equest, DesignBuilder, HAP, Tane Trace
  • Must have worked on International projects, US preferred

Salary:
From ₹500,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

  • Baner, Pune , Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
