Description

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including the Product Manager and technology partners to define and prioritize product requirements and develop a shared vision for the overall user experience.
• Design clear and concise user flows, wireframes, and highfidelity designs to effectively communicate product design concepts to external partners.
• Prepare detailed design specifications and collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of product and design solutions.
• Work with QA and development teams to establish testing plans and ensure that products meet or exceed quality standards.
• Continuously iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and datadriven insights to improve the overall user experience and meet business goals.
• Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our recruitment solutions remain cuttingedge and competitive in the market.

• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects, including examples of software product design and UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools including Figma.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members.

• Planning designing ideas by studying relevant information and materials
• Contributing to collaborations by achieving undertakings depending on the situation.
• Communicating with clients about layout and design.
• Creating a wide range of designs and formats for product illustrations, organization logos, and websites, for example, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvement in designs as needed.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw,, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma etc.
• Adobe Tools (either or all)
• Demonstrable Graphic Design Skill with a strong portfolio.
• Effective time management skills and the capacity to comply with project deadlines.
• Able to give and get helpful analysis.
• Understanding of marketing, creation, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, notices, advertisements and media plan.
• Strong project management skills & ability to work in a team.
• Problemsolving, creative thinking, and excellent communication skills.
