Role & responsibilities

Purchase experience -1 to 2 yrs

Job description:

Search for new potential suppliers. Develop and set up a supplier database.

Build & develop relationships with key suppliers & customers.

Order materials and services as per negotiated and appropriately approved. Review quotations.

Discuss about defective or unacceptable new goods with users, vendors & others to determine cause of problem and take corrective and preventive action.

Manage and develop existing and potential suppliers and update the approved vendor list.

Liaise with accounts payable department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices.

Attending meetings and trade conferences.

Advertising for company (in print media & electronic media)

Design the packing (eg.sticker,label sticker for lab sample and finished packing materials.

Procurement of lab equipment and utensils.

Vendor development/Vendor Management.

Material Management.

Purchase order.

Maintenance of Invoice.

Order follow ups.

Generating sales invoice.

To maintain of sales file.

Purchase & sales entry.

To maintain excise details in excel.

To maintain order lists.
