Description
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems with printers, including connectivity issues, paper jams, and print quality issues.


  • Guide customers through step-by-step instructions to resolve printer problems and perform basic maintenance tasks.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior support staff or field service technicians for further investigation and resolution.
  • Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in the ticketing system accurately and thoroughly.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure that printer issues have been resolved satisfactorily and provide additional assistance if needed.
  • Collaborate with other support team members to share knowledge, best practices, and improve overall service quality.

Salary:
₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
