• Operations & Strategy**
  Below are the roles & responsibilities but not limited to:
• Identifying opportunities for operations improvement.
• Preparation of project work plans.
• Monthly budget forecasting and projections.
• Monitor and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency with company standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and workflows.
• Responsible for working with customers, prospects, and team members to diagnose client connectivity and performance issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Analyse strategic processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis to guide development and implementation of strategic decisions.
• Interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights for decisionmaking.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor implemented solutions and recommend enhancements.
• Regular interaction with clients to share updates, take updates/ requirements
• Upsell / upgrading subscription based on client requirements
