Description

Note on following points:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for tax deduction at source (TDS) on vendor payments & staff salaries. Submission of challan for the same.
Responsible for quarterly submission of TDS returns & TDS certificates.
Responsible for PF deductions & submission of challan for the same.
Responsible for ESIC deductions & submission of challan for the same.
Responsible for PF withdrawals & transfers.
Liaison with Government authorities & banks.
Responsible for updating and maintaining KYC details for the staff.
Responsible for processing payroll.
Responsible for preparation of employee's F&F.
Responsible for processing vendor payments, staff advances and settlement of vendor advances.
Responsible for preparation of documentation & collection of related information for scrutiny cases for various Government agencies.
Responsible for providing backup assistance in the absence of other team members.
Assist auditors during Internal & Statutory Audits.
Responsible for tasks given by Supervisor or Seniors.

Work Experience Required
Minimum 5 years

Educational Qualifications Required
Graduate/MBA Finance, etc.

Salary:
₹50, ₹58,000.00 per month
