Key Responsibilities:


  • Answering customers' inquiries via call, chat, and social media. Providing the right information.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customer's feel supported and valued.
  • Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed.
  • Communicates with other departments to answer customer's inquiries, solve their problems and fulfil their needs
  • Building lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability.

Skill and Competencies:


  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
  • Having 2 Years of working experience in Customer Care.
  • Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution
  • Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
  • Work successfully in a team environment
  • Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Internet Explore.
