• Understand the requirements from prospective clients and create proposal by collecting price from the distributors and vendors

Detailed:

Correct Proposal Making, Customer Follow-up, building relationship with the Customer, Industry Mapping, maintaining databases of Existing customer/prospect/newly added customer, Finding Companies / IT managers on LinkedIn (Sending Personalized message), nurture the databases, Handle social media profile.

As a Backend Coordinator you will work closely alongside other members of staff such as sales representatives or marketing teams in order to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively within deadlines set out by management


Requirement:

• Should have customer management skills
• Skills to manage the work with flexibility
• Soft spoken
• Good knowledge of computer(mailings,excel,word,internet)
• Advance Google Sheets
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Minimum 1 years experience of customer handling and computer operations.
