Job Title:


The Pastry Chef de Partie (CDP) manages a pastry kitchen, ensuring high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods meet restaurant standards while maintaining hygiene and safety.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and appearance.
  • Assisting in new recipes and menu items.
  • Maintaining inventory levels and stock checks.
  • Overseeing daily pastry section operations.
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations.
