IT Recruiter Wanted

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent in the technology field.


Responsibilities:


  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Manage the hiring process from beginning to end, including negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in IT recruiting
  • Strong understanding of technology and technical roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field preferred

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
