    Role Description
    This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Harpreet Eye and Dental Care Centre located in Jalandhar. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and grow the customer base. You will also be responsible for conducting market research, identifying trends, and creating and executing advertising campaigns and promotions.

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
    • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry
    • Experience developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies
    • Experience conducting market research and analyzing trends
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software such as HubSpot or Marketo
    • Knowledge of social media marketing and advertising
