Co-curricular English Language Trainer

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School English Language Trainers at
Vadodara, Vapi, Surat & Anand to join our esteemed educational institution.

As an English Language Trainer, you will play a vital role in enhancing students' English language skills and fostering effective communication abilities.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to inspire and empower students beyond the confines of the regular curriculum.

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging cocurricular programs to develop students' English language proficiency and communication skills.
Create innovative lesson plans, teaching materials, and resources to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Conduct interactive and dynamic English language training sessions that cater to students' diverse learning needs.
Provide guidance and support to enhance students' verbal and written communication skills, public speaking, and interpersonal abilities.
Organize and oversee cocurricular activities such as debates, group discussions, language clubs, and other relevant events to promote language usage and communication skills.
Assess student progress through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Collaborate with fellow educators, school administration, and parents to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Stay updated on current methodologies, trends, and resources in English language teaching and communication skills development.
Continuously enhance personal knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities and research.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in English language teaching, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience in teaching English language and communication skills to students of different age groups or proficiency levels.
Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and effective communication strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with students, colleagues, and parents effectively.
Ability to design engaging and interactive lesson plans and activities.
Familiarity with the use of technology and digital tools to enhance language learning.
Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and motivating students.
Experience in curriculum development and assessment is preferred.
Certification in English language teaching (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) is a plus.
