Representative to join our expert telesales department and support the company's business development & marketing team. The employee should be well organized and be prepared to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment. You will help us meet and surpass

About the Job:


Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities:


  • Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information.
  • Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management.
  • Generate Business from market. Identifying sales opportunities through extensive market research.
  • Learn different aspects of the sales cycle and different techniques used for sales.
  • Set and achieve targeted goals and objectives for business development and sales.
  • Organize clients contact list, schedule, perform and update contacts made in CRM.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Completes other projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and activity reports.
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
  • Building sales pipeline for the Enterprise sales team for further development and closure.
  • Effectively explain product features and deliver product demos to the customer.

Skills Required:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Good understanding of MS-Office.
  • Good Interpersonal skills and market research skills.
  • Ability and willingness to learn.

Key Deliverables:
Reports to the Head of Sales Department.

Salary: 20K-25K per month.
