Formulating strategies and plans focusing on aligning Medical Affairs with core business requirements for India Cx. Educate key stakeholders and business partners on product science and India specific usage and practices, and coach them through specific issues/activities. Support Line Managers & RLTs / SLTs HRGs in query / issues processes & resolution. Advise business leaders.

Partner Collaboration with associations:
Local Chapters. E.g., Guideline's creation & dissemination. Representation in local events (i.e., CMEs; TOT; Advisory Boards). Insight generation from HCPs.

E.g., Routine interactions & HCP surveys The MSL will have to work on developing a strong network of KOLs, Provide support to the clinical trials and to the investigator engagement.
