Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation:
Identify and pursue opportunities to generate leads through various channels including networking events, educational fairs, and online platforms.

Networking:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including educational agents, universities, academic advisors, and prospective students to expand our network and reach.


Ground Activities:

Organize and execute promotional activities such as seminars, workshops, and campus visits to engage with students, disseminate information about studying abroad, and promote our services.


Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with educational agents, universities, and other partners to develop mutually beneficial partnerships, promotional campaigns, and referral programs.


Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized assistance, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience.


Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in immigration policies to adapt our strategies and offerings accordingly.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Regularly update the sales manager on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Adhere to sales processes, policies, and guidelines established by the organization.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing the company.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software


Compensation:

Base salary plus commission or performance-based incentives tied to achieving sales targets.

Additional perks such as bonuses, rewards, or recognition for exceptional performance.

15K+ monthly performance incentives (yearly high performing bonuses)

₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
