Responsibilities

  • Consult with senior management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Provide HR policy guidelines
  • Create, design Policies as per the business needs
  • Suggest new HR strategies
  • Improve employee relations and address grievances
  • Conduct, records and analysis of One on One meetings with employees.
  • Identify training needs ( Strategic and tactical across the organization)
  • Responsible for Learning & development initiatives in the organization
  • Design Training Policy, Guidelines and MIS
  • Participate in Internal and External Audits
  • Induction and Orientation of new employees
  • Execute and Drive organizational Development Programs such as Performance Management Process, Competency Mapping, Attrition and Retention Management, Rewards and Recognition Programs & Employee Engagement etc.
  • Coordinate between employees and management to improve work relations, build morale, increase productivity, which will all, in turn, encourage retention
  • Keep abreast of the current HR trends

Requirements:


  • Graduate/Master's Degree in HR
  • Must have handled a SPAN of 500 employees preferably in Software Industry
  • Work experience of 24years as HR Business Partner
  • Analytical and goaloriented
  • Leadership skills and succession planning
  • Familiarity with HR policies and relevant labor laws
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Must be a good communicator and assessor
  • Working knowledge of the HR department since the HR Business Partner will oversee the HR department functioning
