Required Experience:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
  • Fresher or 12 years of experience in sales coordination.
  • Experience in quotation/ invoice creation.

Role Description:


  • Coordinating for various activities leading to sales revenue target achievement.
  • Daily reporting to the Sales Manager/ Reporting Manager.
  • Attending daily team meetings and assisting Sales Manager in notes creation.
  • Coordinating within business development and sales team to improve the team productivity and performance by following up with the customers, aligning team activities and arranging appointments/demos.
  • Assisting sales team in sales closure through quotation creation, followup calls, and payments.
  • Updating leads and sales data in CRM tool on regular basis.

Requirement:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a high level of self motivation.
  • Proven track record in sales coordination.
  • Should have excellent inter team working skills.
  • Preferred to have experience of working on CRM tools.
  • Proficient to work on MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Sheets and Gforms

Responsibilities:


  • Handling tasks which leads to revenue generation and team performance.
  • Preparing quotations and minutes of meetings on the behalf of team manager and executives.
  • Updating and aligning CRM activities on the software.
  • Ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Maintaining sales records, preparing reports and submitting them to the manager.
  • Attending and organizing team training aligned by the company/manager.
  • Preparing all the data and reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis and submitting to the Business Assistant.

Salary:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
