    About the internship:

    Are you passionate about recruitment and eager to gain hands-on experience in the field? We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant intern to join our team at Creencia Technologies Private Limited. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced recruiters, learn the ins and outs of the recruitment process, and contribute to the growth of our talented team.

    Key responsibilities include:

    1. Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels

    2. Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications

    3. Assisting with job postings and creating engaging recruitment marketing content

    4. Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients

    5. Providing administrative support to the recruitment team

    6. Learning and utilizing recruitment software and tools effectively

    7. Contributing innovative ideas to improve recruitment processes and strategies
